Delamere - Delamere


Delamere have been making a name for themselves in the past two years with their own brand of shiny guitar anthems playing to an increasing fan base. Their debut album consolidates that position with four of their singles and six other tracks which remain true to those ingredients that have drawn those people in whilst avoiding the pitfalls of repeating the same trick over and over.

The Slow Readers Club / Delamere / October Drift - Salford St Philips - 18th March 2016



The Slow Readers Club's unstoppable rise continued with their latest sold out weeks in advance show in the splendid intimate surroundings of Salford's St Philips Church supported by two of the rising stars of the underground music scene in Delamere and October Drift. A set that mixed their two albums with a couple of old favourites brought back into the set to delighted an adoring crowd and provided a fitting send off for their own April UK dates and their May tour with James.

The Slow Readers Club / Delamere / Barron / Etches - Manchester Gorilla - 28th November 2015


2015 has unquestionably been The Slow Readers Club's year. Finishing off in their home town in style with a show at Gorilla that sold out weeks in advance, their second album Cavalcade finally being released to universal acclaim, the likes of Steve Lamacq and XFM picking them up and an ever-growing live following has meant they're no longer of one the city's best kept secrets but a player with the world laid out in front of them for 2016. Completing one of the best line-ups in town this year were Delamere, Barron and Etches.

Four very different bands make up the line-up of Scruff Of The Neck's latest showcase of the North West's best emerging talent at Manchester Academy 3. Headliners Delamere are launching their new single Heart, whilst Vynce, James Christy Band and Control Of The Going seek to make the most of the opportunity of the big stage to showcase their talents and win over new fans.

The gig represents the launch of their new single Heart, which has been gathering rave reviews, and is a taster for their debut album which they hope to record and release in early 2016. Track Of The Day : Delamere - Heart
