TRACK OF THE DAY : VLURE - Cut It

VLURE return with a new single Cut It, their first new material in almost a year since the release of their debut EP Euphoria.

Cut It is a glorious melange of everything VLURE stand for. Huge synth lines, Hamish's accented vocals, dreamy backing vocals and moments where the song stops dead and then kicks back in harder and faster. The song's key line "do you see what I see? do you feel what I feel?" captures the coming together as one that represents VLURE's incendiary live shows.

The track was previewed last Spring on their tour supporting White Lies and became a staple in their live set. It's a track that the band are rightly proud of, reflecting the high energy levels of their live shows. On their socials they've declared - "This is the record we’ve always wanted to make. 2023, let’s go."
