Keto is the band project of Nottingham singer-songwriter Leah Sinead who has built up a strong local reputation as a solo artist. Their fabulous debut single Change showcases her haunting vocals with subtle atmospherics that allow her to use the whole spectrum of her voice to lead the song.
The song mixes honest open fragility in the verses with a direct chorus imploring forcefully and with an impressive control of range that "it's time for a change, time to rearrange." There's a lot of impressive acts creating compelling music at the moment In this genre and Keto is another fine addition to them.
