Wall Market Racketeers, one of our tips for 2015, are back with a new single Saturnine, the lead track from a forthcoming EP. They launch it with a headline slot at the Night And Day in Manchester tonight.
The fuzzy opening guitars showcase a sound that's more immediately accessible than last year's fabulous Invisible Ink EP, which we described as what Radiohead might sound like if they'd continued to pursue more song-based structures, although front man Alex's vocals are immediately recognisable. It's the first song they've released written by guitarist Ben Bulow.
Wall Market Racketeers play Manchester Night And Day tonight (26th) and Apotheca on 29th June.
The single is available as a free download on Bandcamp and Wall Market Racketeers are on Facebook and Twitter.
