Track Of The Day : Strobegirl - Alice

Alice is the new single from South London singer-songwriter Strobegirl. She describes herself as electro/folktronica/indie/dreampop and that comes across in the single which is told around Alice In Wonderland referencing characters in the story.

Strobegirl, real name Heather, has been writing solo material as well as collaborating with electronic artists around the capital for a number of years now, but Alice is a real statement of intent with polished production as well as a story with characters that most listeners will know immediately.



There's also been a darker, more brooding track All Gone Wrong released at the same time that showcases a different side to her work. A quick run through the twenty-one soundcloud tracks she has up sees her work through a range of styles and some of those team-ups with other artists.
