Sheffield's High Hazels return with Slow Dancers taken from their forthcoming album Days Of No One, the long-awaited follow-up to their 2014 self-titled debut.
Slow Dancers is a beautiful track, that will draw inevitable comparisons with The National, such is the way the understated music provides the perfect soundtrack for James' heartfelt lyrics that mull over being on your own when everyone is shacking up declaring "everybody else is slowly dancing, I'm just thinking about leaving soon." It captures the melancholy of that feeling perfectly.
